In 2003, Zunyi Town government introduced Guizhou Guisanhong Food Co., Ltd. to build a 10 mu chili base.
In 2004, the company signed an agreement with pepper growers to sign 13,000 acres of pepper recycling enterprises.
In 2007, it passed ISO000-2007 international quality management system certification and HACCP food safety management system certification, and obtained QS certificate.
In 2008, through the national standard measurement system certification.
In 2009, the pepper planting base was built, and the company distributed 1,500 kilograms of pepper seeds, 750 kilograms of pesticides, 35 technical training sessions, distributed 10,000 documents, and provided a total of 310,000 yuan of construction funds for the farmers of the base.
